Common side effects of Zepbound vials include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, indigestion, and injection-site reactions. Tell your physician about symptoms that are severe, persistent, or make it hard to eat or drink. Repeated vomiting or diarrhea can cause dehydration and kidney problems.
Seek urgent medical care for severe stomach pain that does not go away, especially if it spreads to your back. This can be a sign of pancreatitis. Tell your physician about severe stomach-emptying problems, pregnancy, and prior allergic reactions to tirzepatide. A licensed physician in your state will review whether treatment is appropriate.
