Licensed clinicians, state by state
Every visit is reviewed by a physician or dentist licensed in your state. Clinicians are assigned by license and specialty, review your full health history before deciding, and can message you with follow-up questions before anything is prescribed. No prescription is issued unless a licensed provider determines treatment is appropriate for you.
US-licensed pharmacy preparation
Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed US pharmacy for an individual patient under a valid prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality — we say that plainly everywhere we can, because you deserve to know. Every order is checked by a pharmacist before it ships.
Privacy, by design
Your health answers are stored in a HIPAA-aligned system and are visible only to your assigned care team. Payment processing never receives your health information — the payment form sees your name, email and card details, nothing else. Shipment labels are discreet, and we don't sell your data. Transparent pricing
The online visit costs $99 and is credited in full toward your first order when you order within 30 days. Medication is charged only after your physician approves a prescription. Free, discreet shipping on every order. If a full refund is issued, your visit is withdrawn from clinical review and any order credit is cancelled — see our refund policy and visit fee policy.

Your prescriber can adjust, pause or stop your prescription at any time. Pausing or stopping also pauses or cancels monthly billing.
