What do Zepbound vials cost, and which payment plans are offered?

Check the Zepbound vials treatment page for the current medication price. Plan options are monthly, a 3-month plan with 15% off billed monthly, or a 6-month plan with 25% off billed monthly. Review the selected plan’s terms before ordering so you understand its length and monthly billing.

For nonmembers, the online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order if you place that order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members.

A licensed physician in your state reviews your visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Some states or medications require a video visit. Paying a visit fee does not guarantee a prescription. Medication is charged only after physician approval.

Verra does not bill insurance. HSA or FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses; check with your plan administrator. Before confirming your order, review the medication price, any visit charge, and your selected plan.
