What video visit fee do Verra Health members pay?

Short answer

Members of Verra+ pay $49 for a video visit. Online visits are included in membership, but that does not mean video visits are included. A paid video visit fee is non-refundable and is credited toward your first medication order if placed within 30 days.

The video visit fee for members of Verra+ is $49. Online visits are included in membership. These are separate benefits, so having an included online visit does not mean that a video visit has no charge.

Some states or medications require a video visit. A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate. Membership does not guarantee a prescription or remove any required visit steps.

A paid video visit fee is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order if you place that order within 30 days. Medication is charged only after a physician approves it. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page.

Before you pay for a video visit, check that the charge reflects your membership status. If you are unsure whether your membership is active or whether the member fee applies, ask Verra Health to confirm. Do not assume that joining after you pay will change an earlier visit charge; ask about your specific situation first.
