Visits and fees · FAQ
How is my visit fee credited toward my first medication order?
Short answer
Your paid visit fee is credited toward your first medication order if you place it within 30 days. The credit is not a cash refund, and the visit fee remains non-refundable. Medication is charged only after a licensed physician in your state approves treatment.
A paid visit fee is credited toward your first medication order when you place that order within 30 days. This lets the visit payment count toward that first order rather than treating it only as a separate cost. The credit does not make the visit free.
The visit fee is non-refundable. A credit toward an order is different from a refund to your payment method. The credit also does not guarantee that a physician will prescribe medication. A licensed physician in your state must first decide that treatment is appropriate.
Medication is charged only after physician approval. Its current price is shown on the treatment page. Review the order total and any visit credit before completing your purchase.
If you are unsure whether an order meets the timing rule, ask Verra Health before paying for it. Do not assume that the credit applies to later orders or remains available after 30 days. Online visits included in membership do not involve a separate online visit fee payment.
