Is the Verra Health visit fee refundable if I change my mind?

Short answer

No. The visit fee is non-refundable, including if you change your mind or a physician does not approve medication. It pays for the visit review, not a promised prescription. A paid visit fee is credited toward your first medication order placed within 30 days.

The visit fee is non-refundable. Do not pay for a visit expecting that the fee will be returned if you decide not to order medication or if a physician does not approve treatment. The fee pays for the visit review, not for a guaranteed prescription.

A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate. That decision is separate from payment. Medication is charged only after a physician approves it, and its current price is shown on the treatment page.

Although the visit fee is not refunded, it is credited toward your first medication order if you place that order within 30 days. This is an order credit, not a cash refund. If you do not place an order within that period, do not assume that the credit will still apply.

Before submitting payment, check the visit type and fee. If you believe a charge is incorrect or duplicated, contact Verra Health for a billing review. A request to review a billing error is different from a routine refund request.
