Visits and fees · FAQ

Does the non-refundable visit fee policy also determine medication refunds?

Short answer

The non-refundable visit fee rule does not, by itself, explain whether a medication order can be refunded. Contact Verra Health about your specific order before expecting a refund. Medication is charged only after physician approval. A visit fee credit toward medication is not a promise of a medication refund.

The visit fee policy states that visit fees are non-refundable. It does not provide enough information to promise a refund for a medication order. Visit charges and medication charges are separate, so do not assume that the same refund terms apply to both.

If you want to cancel or request a refund for medication, contact Verra Health promptly. Provide the order details and explain the issue. Ask whether the order can still be changed and what refund terms apply to its current status. Do not assume that an order can be canceled after it has been prepared or shipped.

Medication is charged only after a physician approves it. The current price is shown on the treatment page. A paid visit fee is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days, but that credit is not a cash refund.

If your concern involves a wrong, damaged, or missing shipment, describe that clearly when you contact Verra Health. Ask for instructions before mailing medication back. No refund outcome can be promised from the visit fee policy alone.
