Visits and fees · FAQ
Can I get a visit receipt and use an HSA or FSA card?
Short answer
Contact Verra Health to request a receipt or help with billing records. Verra does not bill insurance. HSA or FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses, but you should check with your plan administrator. A receipt or accepted payment does not guarantee that your plan considers the expense eligible.
If you need a receipt for your visit, contact Verra Health for help with your billing records. Tell them whether you need documentation for the visit fee, a medication charge, or both. Your plan administrator can explain what information is needed to support an eligible expense.
Verra Health does not bill insurance. HSA or FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses. Check with your plan administrator before relying on those funds to pay for a visit or medication. An accepted card payment does not, on its own, confirm eligibility under your plan.
The visit fee is non-refundable. A paid visit fee is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. If you use an HSA or FSA, ask your plan administrator how to document that credit so the same expense is not counted twice.
Keep the visit receipt, medication receipt, and any record of the credit together. If a charge or credit looks unclear, ask Verra Health for a billing explanation before submitting records to your plan.
