Online visits are included for members. If a video visit is needed, the member video visit fee is $49. Some states or medications require a video visit. A licensed physician in your state reviews your information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Membership does not guarantee approval or a prescription.
Medication is charged only after physician approval. Any applicable paid visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. Review the listed charges before completing your visit or order.
Do not assume the member discount combines with the 3-month or 6-month plan discount. Check the displayed terms or ask Verra to clarify before purchasing. Verra does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses, but you should confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.
