How is medication from the Insomnia program shipped?
Short answer
If a physician approves medication through the Insomnia program, the dispensing pharmacy fills the prescription to order and ships it to you. Expedited shipping is $20. Delivery timing depends on prescription review, pharmacy preparation, and transit. Check the shipping details provided with your order rather than assuming a delivery date.
Medication shipping follows physician approval. If a licensed physician in your state decides medication is appropriate, the dispensing pharmacy fills the prescription to order and ships it to you. Medication is charged only after a physician approves. Completing a visit does not mean a prescription has been approved or that a package is already on its way.
Expedited shipping is $20. It does not remove the need for physician review or pharmacy preparation. Check the shipping details provided with your order for the available options and any delivery estimate. Do not assume expedited shipping means same-day dispensing or next-day arrival. Contact Verra if you need help with an address issue or a delayed order.
Verra is available in all 50 states and DC, though some states or medications require a video visit. Make sure your delivery address is correct before the order is shipped. When it arrives, check the package and pharmacy label. Contact the dispensing pharmacy if the medicine is damaged or the contents do not match the label.
