How do I request prescription acne treatment through Verra Health?

Start by completing an online or video visit with information about your acne, health history, medicines, allergies, and current skin care routine. A licensed physician in your state reviews the visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate. A request does not guarantee a prescription. Verra Health is available in all 50 states and DC, though some states or medications require a video visit.

The online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members. Medication is charged only after a physician approves, and the current price is shown on the treatment page.

If a prescription is issued, follow the checkout and pharmacy instructions for your order. Verra does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses; check with your plan administrator. Ask questions about the prescribed directions before starting your medication.
