The Home sleep test, Oral appliance therapy, and Auto-CPAP program involve services or equipment that are not medication. Check the current membership and treatment terms to learn whether any separate benefits apply. Do not assume the medication discount covers tests, dental work, devices, replacement supplies, or shipping.
If you are comparing membership with a medication plan, ask whether discounts can be combined. Medication plans are monthly, a 3-month plan with 15% off billed monthly, or a 6-month plan with 25% off billed monthly. Review renewal and cancellation terms before enrolling.
