What does the sleep visit include, and is its fee refundable?
Short answer
The sleep visit covers a licensed physician's review of the information you provide, with video when required. Online visits cost $99; video visits cost $149. The fee is non-refundable but is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Paying for a visit does not guarantee a prescription.
A sleep visit is a clinical review, not a purchase of a guaranteed prescription. You share your symptoms, health history, current medicines, and relevant records. A licensed physician in your state reviews this information and decides whether medical care through the service is appropriate. Dental treatment requires a licensed dentist in your state.
The online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149. The fee is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order if that order is placed within 30 days. Do not assume this medication credit can be used toward testing, an oral appliance, or Auto-CPAP equipment.
Online visits are included for members. Medication is charged only after a physician approves it. A test, device, fitting, or follow-up may involve separate charges; check the relevant treatment page for what is included. Before paying, ask the care team to clarify any costs or next steps that are not clear to you.
