What does the Hormone panel cost, and is it a refill plan?

The current Hormone panel price is shown on the treatment page. This product is sold as a one-time purchase. Monthly medication plans, including discounted 3-month and 6-month plans, do not describe this lab order. Repeat testing would require a separate decision and order rather than an automatic medication refill.

The online visit fee is $99. A video visit costs $149. Some states or services require a video visit. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. That policy refers to a medication order; do not assume the credit applies to a lab kit.

Before paying, review the listed test price, visit charge, shipping details, and any other stated costs. Ask support about anything that is unclear. Verra does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses, but check with your plan administrator. A licensed physician in your state decides whether the test is appropriate.
