Is there a member price for the Oral appliance therapy custom device?

This custom appliance is a device, not a medication, so do not assume that the medication discount applies to it or to dental services.
The current Oral appliance therapy price is shown on the treatment page. Check whether a member price is listed specifically for this custom device. The Verra+ medication discount does not, by itself, establish a discount for a dental appliance. Ask for confirmation before choosing membership based on this purchase.
Membership costs $29 monthly or $249 annually. Online visits are included for members, and the member video visit fee is $49. Members receive 20% off medications. Confirm whether a dental fitting, adjustment visit, device replacement, or other device-related service has a separate charge.
Membership does not replace a clinical review or mean that a device will be prescribed. A licensed physician or dentist in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate. For a visit charged outside membership, the visit fee is non-refundable and is credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. Ask separately about any credit for an appliance order. Review the treatment page and membership terms together so you understand what is included before you pay.
