Online visits are included for members. Member video visits cost $49. Some states or medications require a video visit. A separately charged visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. If you are unsure which visit charge applies, ask before starting your visit.
Do not assume that membership savings and the 3-month or 6-month plan discounts can be combined. Confirm the applicable discount before placing an order. Membership does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. A licensed physician in your state reviews your visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Medication is charged only after physician approval, and membership fees are separate from the medication price.
