How long does Sermorelin take to show results for longevity or wellness?
Short answer
There is no reliable timeline for Sermorelin to improve longevity or general wellness. Results vary. Evidence does not establish compounded Sermorelin as a treatment to extend life or reverse aging. Your physician can discuss your goals, the limits of the evidence, and whether treatment and follow-up testing are appropriate.
There is no established timeline for Sermorelin to produce longevity or general wellness benefits. Results vary. Evidence does not establish compounded Sermorelin as a way to extend life, reverse aging, or reliably improve energy, sleep, muscle, or body fat in otherwise healthy adults.
Sermorelin stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. A change in a hormone test does not by itself show a meaningful health benefit. Feeling different after starting treatment also does not prove that Sermorelin caused the change. Sleep, activity, diet, other medicines, and health conditions can all affect how you feel.
Before treatment, discuss your specific goals with a licensed physician in your state. Ask what evidence supports use in your case, what monitoring may be needed, and when to review whether continuing makes sense. Do not increase your dose because you have not noticed a change.
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for one patient and are not FDA-approved. Treatment is not a substitute for evaluating persistent fatigue, poor sleep, or other unexplained symptoms.
