How are sleep tests, devices, and prescribed medications shipped?
Short answer
Shipping depends on whether your sleep order is a test, device, or medication. Check the treatment page and order details for current delivery information. Medications prescribed through Verra are shipped by a partner pharmacy when appropriate. Confirm device delivery, fitting steps, and any test return instructions before ordering.
Sleep orders can involve different delivery steps. A home sleep test may have its own delivery and return process. An oral appliance may involve dental appointments before the finished device is ready. Auto-CPAP equipment and supplies may follow a different schedule from prescription medication. Do not assume all items arrive together.
Check the treatment page and your order information for current shipping details. Before purchasing, ask who will send each item, whether tracking is provided, and whether anything must be returned. If expedited shipping is offered for your order, confirm its availability and terms before selecting it. Shipping speed does not shorten the time needed for clinical review or device preparation.
Medication is charged only after physician approval. Many prescribed medications are prepared and shipped by a partner pharmacy. Follow any storage directions when a medication arrives. If a package is missing, damaged, or appears to have been stored incorrectly, contact the sender or care team before using its contents.
