Can Lash growth serum interact with eye drops or other lash products?
Short answer
Lash growth serum can be a concern with medicines that affect eye pressure, especially other prostaglandin eye drops. Tell your physician about every prescription, eye drop, and lash product you use. Do not combine treatments without approval. Your prescribing physician and eye specialist may need to coordinate your care.
Tell your prescribing physician about all medicines and products you use before starting Lash growth serum. Include prescription eye drops, over-the-counter drops, supplements, and other lash serums. Bring the names or ingredient lists if you are not sure what a product contains.
Bimatoprost also has uses in eye-pressure treatment. Using it for lashes alongside certain glaucoma medicines, including other prostaglandin eye drops, may interfere with the desired eye-pressure effect. Your eye specialist may need to monitor your eye pressure. Do not stop a glaucoma medicine or change its schedule on your own.
Other lash products, eyelid treatments, or cosmetics may add to irritation. Do not layer multiple growth treatments along the lash line unless your physician approves. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before application and wait at least 15 minutes before replacing them, unless your label says longer.
A licensed physician in your state decides whether this treatment is appropriate. Ask your pharmacist to review your full medication list for possible concerns.
