Financing · FAQ
Who offers financing for Verra Health orders?
Short answer
Check the financing offer for the lender’s name before you apply. Verra’s financing provider is not identified in this FAQ. The offer should name the company that handles the loan, payments, and account support. Do not assume Verra is the lender or that financing approval is guaranteed.
The financing offer should identify the lender before you agree to borrow. A provider name has not been confirmed for this FAQ, so check the offer and loan agreement for that information. Do not assume Verra is the lender or that the pharmacy handles your financing account.
Look for the lender’s legal name, contact details, and payment instructions. Also check who will handle billing questions, payment changes, and disputes. Keep a copy of the agreement so you can find these details later. If the lender is not clearly named, ask for clarification before sharing financial information or accepting an offer.
Financing and medical care are separate decisions. A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate. Financing approval does not mean a prescription will be issued. Medication is only charged after a physician approves. Review both the treatment order and the financing agreement before you commit, since they cover different parts of your purchase.
