Financing · FAQ
Which Verra Health charges can I use financing to pay for?
Short answer
Use financing only for charges that the financing offer specifically lists as eligible. The details here do not confirm whether visit fees, medication orders, shipping, or membership charges qualify. Check the covered items before applying. Medication is only charged after a physician approves, and financing does not guarantee a prescription.
The financing offer must identify which charges it can cover. The available details do not establish whether medication, visits, shipping, or membership charges are eligible. Do not assume that financing covers every part of your care or every future order. Ask for an itemized breakdown before accepting an agreement.
If you are choosing a medication plan, confirm whether financing applies to one order or also covers later monthly charges. A monthly plan and a loan are different arrangements. Make sure you understand which payments go to Verra and which go to the lender, if both apply to your purchase.
The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members. Ask how any visit credit will appear in the amount being financed. Medication is only charged after a physician approves. Financing approval does not replace the review by a licensed physician in your state.
