Mental health · FAQ
What should I know about financing mental health medication orders?
Short answer
For mental health medication financing, review the options and terms shown for your order before agreeing. The minimum qualifying order is $100, with terms of 3, 6, 12, 24 months. Check any lender requirements, interest, and payment obligations. Financing does not replace physician approval, and medication is only charged after approval.
Financing lets an eligible purchase be paid over time under the financing provider's terms. The minimum qualifying order is $100, with terms of 3, 6, 12, 24 months. Review the offer for your order rather than assuming every mental health purchase or every applicant qualifies.
Before accepting, check the total repayment amount, payment dates, and any interest or late-payment rules. Ask the financing provider whether a credit check is involved and how missed payments may be handled. Do not assume financing is interest-free or that approval is automatic.
Financing approval and medical approval are separate decisions. A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate. Medication is only charged after physician approval. Its current price is shown on the treatment page.
Also review what happens to the financing agreement if an order changes or you cancel a plan. Ending future care does not necessarily end an existing payment obligation. Keep a copy of the agreement, and direct repayment questions to the financing provider. Ask Verra separately about medication orders, plan terms, or billing questions.
