Mental health · FAQ

What does mental health treatment for anxiety or depression cost?

Short answer

Mental health care costs include the visit fee and, if approved, medication. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. An online visit costs $99, and a video visit costs $149. Medication is only charged after a licensed physician approves treatment.

The cost of mental health care depends on your visit type, prescribed medication, and plan. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. An online visit costs $99. A video visit costs $149. A licensed physician in your state decides if treatment is appropriate.

The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order if you place that order within 30 days. Medication is only charged after physician approval. Paying for a visit does not guarantee a prescription.

Medication plans include a monthly plan, a 3-month plan with 15% off, billed monthly, or a 6-month plan with 25% off, billed monthly. Review the price and plan terms before ordering. Online visits are included for members of Verra+.

Verra does not bill insurance. An HSA or FSA card may be usable for eligible expenses, but check with your plan administrator before paying. Ask about any unclear charges before you submit your visit or medication order.
