General · FAQ
What should I confirm about delivery and packaging before ordering?
Short answer
Confirm shipping timing, packaging, and any storage needs before placing your medication order. Approved prescriptions are filled by a pharmacy and shipped to you. Expedited shipping is $20, but it does not replace physician review or pharmacy preparation. Ask Verra about outer labeling if discreet packaging is important to you.
Medication is shipped to you after the required physician approval and pharmacy preparation. These are separate steps from delivery. Before placing an order, confirm the shipping address, available delivery options, and any timing estimate that applies to your specific medication. Do not assume a delivery date is guaranteed.
Expedited shipping is $20. Choosing faster shipping does not skip medical review or the time needed for the pharmacy to prepare a prescription. Ask what expedited shipping covers and when the shipping estimate begins before selecting it.
Packaging and storage needs can depend on the medication. Ask whether your order needs temperature control, a signature, or prompt pickup after delivery. If discreet packaging matters to you, confirm what appears on the outside of the package rather than assuming it will be unmarked.
When the package arrives, check the prescription label and storage instructions. Contact the pharmacy if the package is damaged, an item is missing, or you are unsure whether the medication was stored correctly during transit.
