How do online and video visits work at Verra Health?
Short answer
Verra offers online and video visits reviewed by a licensed physician in your state. An online visit costs $99, and a video visit costs $149. The visit fee is non-refundable but is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members.
You start by sharing your health history, current medicines, and treatment goals. A licensed physician in your state reviews this information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Some states or medications require a video visit. Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription.
The online visit fee is $99. The video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order if you place that order within 30 days. Medication is charged only after a physician approves it.
Online visits are included for Verra+ members. The member video visit fee is $49. A membership does not replace medical review or guarantee that a physician will prescribe a medication.
Before submitting your visit, review the fee and the visit type you selected. If you are unsure whether you need an online or video visit, ask Verra for guidance before paying. Keep your medication list and any questions ready for the physician.
