What happens during an Everyday Rx visit, and is the visit fee refundable?

During an Everyday Rx visit, you share your symptoms and health history for physician review. Online visits cost $99; video visits cost $149. The visit fee is non-refundable and is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. A prescription is not guaranteed. Online visits are included for members.
An Everyday Rx visit gives a licensed physician in your state information to review your request for cold sore, genital herpes, or allergy treatment. You provide your symptoms, medical history, allergies, and current medicines. The physician may need more details before making a decision.
The online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It pays for the visit, not a guaranteed prescription. A physician may decide that testing or in-person care is more appropriate than medication through Verra.
Your visit fee is credited toward your first medication order if it is placed within 30 days. Medication is charged only after a physician approves treatment. Review the current medication price on the treatment page before choosing a plan.
