What does NAD+ treatment through Verra cost, and can I use insurance?

The current NAD+ medication price is shown on the treatment page. Verra does not bill insurance. The online visit fee is $99; it is non-refundable but credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Medication is charged only after physician approval. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on your plan.
The current NAD+ medication price is shown on the treatment page. Medication is charged only after a physician approves it. A licensed physician in your state reviews your visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Paying for a visit does not guarantee a prescription.
The online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members. Some states or medications require a video visit.
Plan options are monthly, a 3-month plan with 15% off, billed monthly, or a 6-month plan with 25% off, billed monthly. Review the treatment page for the current medication price and the plan details before placing an order. Expedited shipping is $20.
Verra does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses, but eligibility is not guaranteed. Check with your plan administrator before using these funds for an NAD+ visit or prescription.
