The current price for NAD+ nasal spray is shown on the treatment page. Options are monthly, a 3-month plan with 15% off billed monthly, or a 6-month plan with 25% off billed monthly. Medication is charged only after physician approval. The visit fee is separate and non-refundable.

The online visit fee is $99. If a video visit is needed, the video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order if you place that order within 30 days.
A licensed physician in your state reviews your visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Paying for a visit does not guarantee a prescription. Medication is charged only after a physician approves it.
Verra does not bill insurance. You may be able to use an HSA or FSA card for eligible expenses, but check with your plan administrator. Before ordering, review the selected plan, billing schedule, and current terms so you understand your costs.
