Is Verra's mental health care available in my state?
Short answer

Some states or medications require a video visit. A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate after reviewing your information.
Verra is available in all 50 states and Washington, DC. This does not mean every patient can use every visit format or receive every medication. Some states or medications require a video visit rather than an online visit.
A licensed physician in your state reviews your information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. State availability is separate from prescription approval. Completing a visit or paying a fee does not guarantee access to bupropion, anxiety and depression treatment, or performance anxiety medication.
Provide accurate location information when requesting care. If you have moved or are traveling, tell Verra before the visit so the team can clarify the requirements that apply. Do not assume a previous visit can be continued in the same way after a change in location.
Check the options shown for your state and requested treatment before paying. If anything is unclear, ask Verra which visit format is needed and whether your location affects the ordering process. Keep your contact and delivery details current to avoid confusion during the review.
