Online visits are included for members. If a video visit is required, the member video visit fee is $49. A charged visit fee is non-refundable and is credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. Some states or medications require a video visit.
Membership does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed physician in your state reviews your information and decides whether NAD+ nasal spray is appropriate. Medication is charged only after physician approval. Membership does not replace this review or the need to follow prescription instructions.
