Everyday Rx · FAQ
How does shipping work for Everyday Rx prescriptions?
Short answer
After a physician approves an Everyday Rx prescription, the dispensing pharmacy prepares the medication for shipment to you. Delivery timing depends on pharmacy processing and shipping. Expedited shipping costs $20. Check the order details for available options and estimates. Medication is charged only after physician approval; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Everyday Rx prescriptions are shipped to the patient after physician approval and pharmacy processing. A prescription decision, preparation at the pharmacy, and delivery are separate steps. Time spent in review or preparation is not the same as time in transit.
Check the order details for shipping options and any delivery estimate provided. Expedited shipping costs $20. Choosing expedited shipping does not skip the physician's review or the pharmacy's preparation process. Do not rely on a delivery estimate as a guaranteed arrival date.
Before submitting an order, make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If your address changes after ordering, contact Verra to ask whether a change is still possible. Do not assume an order can be redirected once it is being prepared or has shipped.
When your medication arrives, read the storage instructions and check the label. Contact the dispensing pharmacy if the package is damaged, the contents appear incorrect, or you have questions about storage during shipping. The pharmacist can advise you before you use the medication.
