How do I request cancellation of a Verra plan or membership?
Short answer
Contact Verra to request cancellation and confirm which plan, membership, or future order you want to stop. Review your terms for deadlines and any remaining commitment. Ask for confirmation of the effective date. Canceling a membership may not cancel a separate medication plan or an order already being prepared.
Start by checking the cancellation terms for the service you purchased. A membership, medication plan, and individual order may have different rules. Contact Verra with a clear request that identifies what you want to cancel, and ask which steps are needed to complete that request.
Ask when cancellation takes effect and whether another charge or shipment is already pending. Do not assume that sending a request immediately stops an order the pharmacy is preparing. Request confirmation so you know what has ended and what, if anything, remains active.
The 3-month and 6-month plans are billed monthly, but they cover longer plan terms. Review any remaining commitment before canceling. If you also have a membership, ask whether you need to end it separately and how that affects future medication discounts.
Visit fees are non-refundable. For questions about other charges or an order already in progress, ask Verra to explain the applicable policy. Canceling billing is separate from medical advice about stopping a medication; discuss treatment changes with your physician.
