Mental health · FAQ
How do I cancel my mental health medication plan or membership?
Short answer
To cancel, check the cancellation terms for your mental health medication plan or Verra+ membership and contact Verra for help if needed. Ask whether any order or charge is already in progress. Do not assume canceling a medication plan also cancels a membership, or the reverse.
Start by reviewing the cancellation instructions and terms for the plan you purchased. If the next step is unclear, contact Verra and specify whether you want to cancel your medication plan, your Verra+ membership, or both. These may be separate arrangements.
Ask when the cancellation takes effect and whether any medication order, shipment, or charge is already in progress. Do not assume that a processed order can be stopped or refunded. Keep the cancellation confirmation and any written details about future billing for your records.
Monthly, 3-month, and 6-month medication plans have different lengths. The longer plans are billed monthly, so a monthly charge does not necessarily mean you selected a monthly plan. Review the terms that apply to your selection rather than assuming all plans have the same cancellation rules.
The visit fee is non-refundable. It is credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. Canceling a billing arrangement does not provide medical instructions for ending treatment. If you need guidance about your prescription, contact the prescriber separately.
