Everyday Rx · FAQ
How do I cancel an Everyday Rx medication plan or future order?
Short answer
To cancel an Everyday Rx plan or future order, contact Verra and review the cancellation terms for your purchase. Ask which future charges or shipments can still be stopped. Do not assume a processed order can be canceled. Visit fees are non-refundable, and canceling billing is separate from stopping medication.
Cancellation depends on what you want to end: a medication plan, a future order, or a membership. Contact Verra with that request and review the terms attached to your purchase. Be clear about which treatment and plan you mean, especially if you have more than one active service.
Ask when the cancellation takes effect and whether it applies to the next charge or shipment. An order that is already being processed or has shipped may have different limits from a future order. Do not assume that sending a request stops every pending step immediately.
The visit fee is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days, but it is not a refundable deposit. For medication charges and longer plan terms, check the purchase terms rather than assuming a refund or prorated credit is available.
Request confirmation of what has been canceled and keep it for your records. Canceling a membership may be separate from canceling a medication plan. For guidance on whether or how to stop the medicine itself, contact your physician.
