At-home labs · FAQ
How can I cancel an at-home lab order?
Short answer
Contact Verra promptly to ask about canceling an at-home lab order. Whether cancellation or a refund is possible depends on the order’s terms and how far it has progressed. Do not assume that leaving a kit unused cancels the order, or that canceling a visit also cancels testing.
Check the cancellation terms shown when you purchase the test, then contact Verra with your order details. Ask whether the order has been processed, the kit has shipped, or the lab has started work. Those steps may affect what can be canceled. No single refund rule should be assumed for every testing product.
If you have already collected a sample, ask for guidance before mailing or discarding it. Do not send a sample after cancellation unless you are told to do so. If there are future orders or separate services linked to your account, name each one you want to cancel. A kit order, visit, membership, and medication plan may need separate attention.
Visit fees are non-refundable. The visit fee is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days, not automatically refunded when a test is canceled. Ask for written confirmation of any cancellation and any charges that remain. If you have a question about a completed charge, request an explanation of the applicable purchase terms.
