At-home labs · FAQ

How much do at-home labs and genetic tests cost?

Short answer

The current price for each at-home lab is shown on its treatment page. Check what the price includes before ordering, since a test and a medical visit are different services. The online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149.

The current price is shown on each test’s treatment page. This applies to the Comprehensive panel, Hormone panel, TRU-1 GLP-1 response test, Medication response (PGx) test, PULS cardiovascular test, and Lumyn genetic wellness. Do not assume that all panels or genetic tests have the same price or include the same services.

Before you order, check whether the listed price covers the collection kit, lab processing, shipping, and any follow-up visit. If the page does not explain an item, ask Verra to confirm it. A test purchase does not mean that medication is included or that a prescription will be issued.

The online visit fee is $99. A video visit costs $149. The visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. That credit is for medication, not an automatic discount on a lab test. Medication is only charged after a physician approves. Online visits are included for members.
