Women’s health · FAQ
Does Same-day Rx mean my UTI treatment will arrive the same day?
Short answer
No. “Same-day Rx” does not mean your UTI treatment will be delivered the same day or that a prescription is guaranteed. A physician must review and approve treatment before dispensing. Shipping time is separate from medical review. Expedited shipping is $20, but it does not guarantee same-day delivery.
“Same-day Rx” should not be read as a promise of same-day delivery. Medical review, prescription approval, pharmacy dispensing, and shipping are separate steps. A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate after reviewing your visit. A prescription is not guaranteed, and medication is charged only after physician approval.
If approved, your prescription is dispensed to order and shipped to you. Expedited shipping is $20. Choosing expedited shipping does not speed up the physician’s medical decision or guarantee delivery on the day you submit your visit. Check the shipping details provided during ordering for the available options and any delivery estimate.
Verra is available in all 50 states and DC, though some states or medications require a video visit. Make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need a firm delivery date, ask about timing before relying on shipment. Contact Verra for order questions and the dispensing pharmacy for questions about the medication package or its condition on arrival.
