Everyday Rx · FAQ
Does Everyday Rx require a video visit, or can I complete an online visit?
Short answer
Everyday Rx may use an online or video visit, depending on your state and the medication. Some states or medications require video. A licensed physician in your state reviews your information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Online visits cost $99, while video visits cost $149. Online visits are included for members.
An online visit lets you submit health information for a physician to review without a live video conversation. A video visit includes a live discussion with the clinician. The visit option for Everyday Rx depends on your state, the medication, and what is needed to review your request.
Some states or medications require a video visit. Being able to begin an online form does not mean that your entire visit can be completed that way. Check the available visit options for your treatment and location before paying.
An online visit costs $99. A video visit costs $149. The visit fee is non-refundable and is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members, and the member video visit fee is $49.
Whichever format you use, a licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate. A video visit does not guarantee a prescription or replace every type of in-person exam. Medication is charged only after physician approval.
