General · FAQ
Can I use Verra Health while living in or visiting another state?
Short answer
Verra Health is available in all 50 states and Washington, DC. Some states or medications require a video visit. Tell Verra where you are physically located when seeking care. A physician licensed in that state must decide whether treatment is appropriate, and travel may affect how care can be provided.
Verra Health serves patients in all 50 states and Washington, DC. This does not mean that every medication or visit type is available in every situation. Some states or medications require a video visit, and the physician must still decide whether the requested treatment is appropriate.
For telehealth, your physical location at the time of care matters. Tell Verra which state you are in, even if your home address is elsewhere. A licensed physician in the state where you are located must provide the medical review.
If you are traveling or moving, contact Verra before your next visit or medication order. Confirm whether your location affects the visit format, physician availability, or delivery address. Do not assume that changing a shipping address also updates the location information needed for care.
Availability in all states and DC does not establish availability outside the United States. If you will be abroad, ask about your care options before leaving and allow time to discuss any ongoing prescription needs.
