Everyday Rx · FAQ
Can I use insurance or HSA/FSA funds for Everyday Rx care?
Short answer
Verra does not bill insurance for Everyday Rx visits or medication. HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses, but coverage rules depend on your plan. Check with your plan administrator before paying. Do not assume every visit, compounded prescription, membership charge, or shipping expense qualifies for HSA/FSA use.
Verra does not bill insurance for Everyday Rx care. You pay Verra's listed visit and medication charges rather than having Verra submit them to your health plan. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. Do not assume your insurance copay applies to an order through Verra.
HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses. Eligibility depends on the expense and your plan's rules. Your plan administrator can explain whether a visit, prescription, shipping charge, or membership payment qualifies. A payment going through does not by itself prove an expense is eligible.
Before paying, ask what documents your plan requires. Keep your receipts and any prescription records that are relevant to your request. For a compounded prescription, ask your administrator about any specific documentation rules rather than assuming it will qualify.
If you want to seek reimbursement from an insurer yourself, ask the insurer whether that is possible and what records it needs. Verra does not promise reimbursement. An insurance or HSA/FSA decision is separate from a physician's decision to approve medication.
