Can I stop using the Comprehensive panel after ordering it?
Short answer
The Comprehensive panel is a one-time test, so there is no medication to taper or ongoing dose to stop. If you decide not to collect or return a sample, tell your care team. Ask about order cancellation separately, since stopping the testing process does not establish refund eligibility.
You do not need to taper the Comprehensive panel because it is not a medicine. It is a one-time purchase rather than a refill plan. If you no longer want to collect a sample, let your care team know. If you already collected or mailed it, explain where you are in the process.
Before skipping a test your physician recommended, ask why it was ordered and whether delaying it could affect your care. A test may be part of checking symptoms or monitoring a health condition. Do not stop prescribed medicines or other monitoring simply because you choose not to complete this panel. Your physician can discuss other testing options when appropriate.
Cancellation and refund questions are separate from medical guidance. Contact support for the policy that applies to your order; do not assume an unused kit can be returned. Visit fees are non-refundable. Dispose of unused or used collection supplies according to the kit instructions, including any special directions for sharp items.
