At-home labs · FAQ
Are at-home labs available in every state?
Short answer
Verra is available in all 50 states and DC. That does not mean every at-home lab has identical ordering or collection rules everywhere. Check availability for your selected test and location. Some states or medications require a video visit, and a licensed physician in your state decides if care is appropriate.
Verra serves patients in all 50 states and DC. Individual test requirements can still differ, so confirm the selected product’s availability before purchasing. Do not assume that the Comprehensive panel, Hormone panel, and each genetic test have the same collection, ordering, or shipping requirements in every location.
A licensed physician in your state decides whether care is appropriate. Some states or medications require a video visit. If you are seeking both testing and medication, the visit requirements for that medication may matter even if the test itself has a different process. Check the full care pathway rather than only the kit description.
Provide accurate location and shipping information when requesting care. If you are traveling or moving, ask whether that changes the visit, kit delivery, or sample return process. Availability through Verra does not establish that a kit can be shipped or used outside the United States. Ask about any location-related limits before you pay or collect a sample for return.
