Online visits are included for members. If you need a video visit, the member video visit fee is $49. Some states or medications require video rather than an online visit. A paid visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days.
Medication is charged only after a licensed physician in your state approves treatment. Membership does not guarantee a prescription or change the physician’s review of your health history. Your physician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
Medication plan options include monthly, a 3-month plan with 15% off billed monthly, or a 6-month plan with 25% off billed monthly. Do not assume discounts combine; confirm how the membership discount applies to your chosen plan before ordering.
