Women’s health · FAQ
What is included in a women’s health visit, and is the visit fee refundable?
Short answer
A women’s health visit lets a licensed physician in your state review your concerns and decide whether treatment is appropriate. Online visits cost $99; video visits cost $149. The visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Prescriptions are not guaranteed.
Your women’s health visit gives a licensed physician in your state information to review your request for birth control, PCOS care, or UTI treatment. Be ready to share your symptoms, health history, allergies, current medicines, and pregnancy or breastfeeding status. The physician decides whether treatment is appropriate.
An online visit costs $99, and a video visit costs $149. The visit fee pays for the clinical review, not a guaranteed prescription. It is non-refundable, but it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days.
Medication is a separate charge and is charged only after a physician approves. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. Review that price before choosing an order or plan.
Online visits are included for members. Some states or medications require a video visit. If you are unsure which visit applies, ask before paying. The physician may recommend testing or in-person care if the concern cannot be safely handled through telehealth.
