What does the Verra weight loss visit include, and is its fee refundable?
Short answer
The visit lets a licensed physician in your state review your weight loss request and decide whether to prescribe. The online fee is $99; the video fee is $149. The fee is non-refundable but is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Approval is not guaranteed.
A Verra weight loss visit is a medical review, not simply a medication order. You provide information about your health and treatment request through an online or video visit. A licensed physician in your state reviews that information and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Paying for the visit does not guarantee a prescription.
The online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is non-refundable. It is credited toward your first medication order if that order is placed within 30 days. Medication is charged only after physician approval. Check the current medication price on the treatment page before you begin.
Online visits are included for members of Verra+. If you are considering membership, review its cost and terms separately from your treatment choice. Prepare an accurate medication list and health history for the visit. The physician may request more information before reaching a decision, and some states or medications require a video visit.
