Skin · FAQ

What does the prescription skin visit include, and what is its fee?

Short answer

A licensed physician in your state reviews your skin concern and health history to decide whether treatment is appropriate. The online visit fee is $99; the video visit fee is $149. The fee is non-refundable but credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Members have online visits included.

The visit is a medical review, not a promise of a prescription. You provide information about your skin concern, health history, allergies, current medicines, and prior treatments. A licensed physician in your state uses that information to decide whether online treatment is appropriate or whether you need another kind of care.

The online visit fee is $99. A video visit costs $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable, including when the physician does not prescribe medication. It is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members.

Medication costs are separate from the visit. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page, and medication is charged only after a physician approves. Before submitting your visit, review the fee, the credit window, and any plan terms. Give complete and accurate information, including details about other skin prescriptions, so the physician can make an informed decision about your care.
