Hormones · FAQ

What does a Verra hormone visit include, and what is the fee?

Short answer

A hormone visit lets a licensed physician in your state review your health information and decide whether treatment is appropriate. The online visit fee is $99; video is $149. The fee is non-refundable and credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members.

During a hormone visit, you share your symptoms, medical history, current medicines, and treatment goals. A licensed physician in your state reviews that information and decides whether a prescription is appropriate. The visit may lead to a treatment plan, a request for more information, or a recommendation for another type of care.

The online visit fee is $99. The video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is not free and is non-refundable, even if medication is not prescribed. It is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members of Verra+.

Medication costs are separate, and medication is only charged after a physician approves. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. Payment for a visit does not guarantee approval for Enclomiphene, Testosterone therapy, Menopause cream, or Vaginal estriol cream.

Some states or medications require a video visit. Review the visit type and displayed fee before submitting your visit.
