Women’s health · FAQ
Is Verra women’s health care available in my state?
Short answer
Verra is available in all 50 states and DC. A licensed physician in your state reviews your women’s health request and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Some states or medications require a video visit. Availability of the service does not guarantee that every medication or visit format is available to you.
Verra offers telehealth services in all 50 states and DC. For women’s health care, a licensed physician in your state reviews your request and decides whether treatment is appropriate. This applies to requests for birth control, PCOS care, and UTI treatment.
State availability does not mean that every person qualifies for every prescription. It also does not mean that an online visit is the right format for every request. Some states or medications require a video visit, and clinical needs may call for testing or in-person care.
Give accurate information about your location when arranging care. If you are traveling or moving, ask how that affects your visit and any pending prescription before proceeding. Do not assume that an earlier visit covers care from a different location.
Check the specific treatment page and contact support if you have questions about access. A service being available in your state does not guarantee a prescription, a particular medication, or a delivery date.
