How is PCOS care shipped after my visit?
Short answer
PCOS care is dispensed to order and shipped after a licensed physician approves treatment. Verra serves all 50 states and DC, though some states or medications require a video visit. Expedited shipping is $20. Check the shipping options and delivery information for your order before choosing a service.
A licensed physician in your state first reviews your visit and decides whether PCOS care is appropriate. If approved, the prescription goes to the dispensing pharmacy for preparation and shipping. Medication is charged only after physician approval. Completing a visit does not guarantee a prescription or a specific delivery date.
Verra is available in all 50 states and DC. Some states or medications require a video visit before a prescription can be issued. Review your delivery address carefully when placing an order. If you need to change it, contact Verra promptly to ask whether an update is still possible.
Expedited shipping is $20. Faster shipping does not remove the time needed for physician review or pharmacy preparation. Check the available shipping options and delivery information for your order rather than assuming an arrival date. If your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact Verra or the dispensing pharmacy for help. Keep the packaging and order details available so the issue can be reviewed.
