Sexual health · FAQ
How is my sexual health medication shipped?
Short answer
After a physician approves your sexual health prescription, the pharmacy can prepare it for shipment to you. Timing depends on prescription review, pharmacy preparation, and delivery. Expedited shipping is $20. Check the available shipping options and estimated timing before ordering; faster shipping does not speed up the physician's review.
Sexual health medication can be shipped to you after a licensed physician in your state approves the prescription. Medication is charged only after approval. The pharmacy must also prepare and process the order before a carrier can deliver it.
Shipping time is only one part of the full timeline. The physician may need more information, and pharmacy preparation can take time. Do not assume an order will arrive by a specific date unless that timing has been confirmed for your order.
Expedited shipping is $20. Check the shipping choices and estimated delivery timing shown for your order. Expedited delivery does not remove the need for physician review or pharmacy preparation. Ask Verra about shipping to your location if you will be traveling or changing addresses.
Review the delivery address before completing your order. When medication arrives, check the label and follow its storage directions. Contact the pharmacy or Verra if the package is damaged, the contents seem incorrect, or there is a delivery problem. Do not use medication with unclear labeling.
